Ben is passionate about early-stage investments in the digital economy. With a background in Information Systems from TUM and hands-on experience as a technical founder and DevOps engineer, he developed his interest in venture capital. Since 2023, he has been part of Ventech, where he is now an Associate covering the DACH region. He focuses on identifying high-potential founders, analyzing emerging markets, and supporting portfolio companies throughout their growth journey. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in the mountains - skiing in winter and, more recently, paragliding in the Alps.
