Company extends global e-Invoicing capabilities and leadership.
Ariba, Inc., the leading provider of collaborative business commerce solutions, today announced that it has closed the acquisition of b-process, a privately-held provider of France’s largest electronic invoice network and one of the largest e-invoicing networks in Europe. “With the dynamics of today’s global economy, companies around the world are beginning to embrace invoice automation to streamline financial processes and improve cash flow,” said Bob Calderoni, Chairman and CEO, Ariba. “With the acquisition of b-process, Ariba can help more companies enable a smart invoicing process by delivering a platform that helps them automate invoice management in more geographies than any other solution on the market.”
