Qihoo 360(QIHU.NYSE)floated 12.111M ADS shares in the NYSE on Mar. 30th, 2011 at an offering price of $14.5 per piece, netting a total amount of about $176M, and closed at $34 per piece on its first trading day, posting a 134.45% premium over its offering price. In the lead-up to its IPO, the firm obtained more than one investment from various investors, including Sequoia Capital China, CDH Investments, Highland Capital, IDG Capital and Matrix Partners.
