As disclosed by insiders, domestic classified advertising network 58.com prepares to implement IPO in the US this year, planning to finance at least US$100.00M. 

Two insiders who refused to disclose their specific identity stated 58.com is talking with Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley regarding IPO in the US. One of them indicated that, 58.com might also cooperate with other investment banks. 

With regard to the rumor that 58.com plans to conduct IPO in the US, the company hasn’t made any comment yet, while the spokesmen of Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley refuse to comment thereon.
