« The optical transport market is facing many challenges; despite the economic crisis, telecom carriers have to rapidly upgrade their network to meet the growing need for increased bandwidth. The Ekinops 360 line of optical transport equipment enables such rapid network capacity increase in a very flexible and upgradable way, and at a very attractive price », declared Didier Bredy, CEO of Ekinops.
«Being able to attract a number of global customers and reach this level of growth over five years says a lot about Ekinops’ product quality and the excellence of its management », declared Eric Morgain, Partner responsible for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program. “Ekinops demonstrated that its growth strategy is the right one”.
The theme of the 2009 Technology Fast 50 program was « The revolution enabled by technology ». In the midst of an exceptional worldwide economic crisis, Deloitte Technology sought to highlight the quality of innovation and the capacity to create new uses for technology, two criteria that fit perfectly with the Ekinops’ mission.
