Augure, the publisher of leading SaaS Enterprise Reputation Management (ERM) solutions, has changed its management structure: Amélie Faure is appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Michael Jais is appointed CEO.

Amélie Faure brings with her over 20 years of experience and success in corporate leadership of fast growing companies in the software industry. Michael Jais, co-founder of Augure in 2002, previously served as COO.

Companies’ corporate reputations are currently threatened more than ever, with the emergence of various organized communities empowered by the Internet; rumors and crises now spread very quickly with potentially devastating consequences. However, the Web also presents a unique opportunity to engage with all the organization’s stakeholders. It has become essential for large corporations to switch from the usual one-way distribution of information to an active and controlled bilateral communication mode within their stakeholder ecosystems.

Augure’s SaaS solutions allow the coordination and consistent messaging of all communications campaigns, carried out by the communication, marketing, finance, HR and PA departments as well as the board. It industrializes relationships with all stakeholders (the media, NGOs, elected representatives, analysts, regulators, communities, bloggers, experts, shareholders, consumers …) and measures the impact of online and offline communication engagement on corporate and leadership reputations as well as product image.

Michael Jais stated that “reputation has become a key issue for all companies. The multiplication of stakeholders makes maintaining one’s reputation all the more complex. Our solution is unique in its ability to allow international corporations to plan, manage and measure their actions in a multiple-market international context. Since its creation, Augure has been a pioneer in Enterprise Reputation Management and our current offering strengthens our European leadership in this industry.
